ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Jasmine Almeida. I have lived in Addison, Vt for 20+ years. My cosmetology story is a bit of a journey. I attend O’Brien’s College of Cosmetology and obtained my licensure in 2003. I worked in the Middlebury area for a little over 8 years before taking a hiatus to be a stay at home mom to my three wonderful kids - Ava, Calvin and Laci. While home, I took on several small bookkeeping clients and grew my own bookkeeping company. It fit all my needs at the time - a flexible schedule to tend to my top priority, my kids. However, being behind a desk working with numbers all day did not fill my artistic side. Once our oldest daughter went off to college, I decided to make a career shift and get back to the salon. Boy am I glad I did! I absolutely LOVE being behind a chair.

Through out my years at home, I tended to many friends and family’s hair needs. From cutting, coloring and perming to onsite bridal parties and facial waxing, I did it all from my kitchen!

As my stay at home / accounting gig comes to an end, I am so excited for this next chapter. I enjoy each and everyone of my clients and look forward to seeing new and old faces. I am excited to provide all my customers with an exceptional service to fit all of their hair needs!
